Stone House is a men's recovery residence on Reality Road in Mount Hope, West Virginia, in Raleigh County. Three men live here at Level 2 certification from the West Virginia Alliance of Recovery Residences, admitted only after completing the operator's twelve-month Level 3 program.

A Three-Bed Men's Sober House for Program Graduates

Three residents, all of them a year past their entry into the Safehouse program. A household this small carries no anonymity and no drift, and it is deliberately placed at the end of a long program. Men move here from the ten-bed Level 3 residence a short walk away on the same campus.

Level 2 Recovery Housing After a Year of Level 3

Level 2 describes monitored housing with structured expectations and clinical services from outside providers, a step below the supervised programming of Level 3. Holding both certifications on one campus lets the operator reduce oversight when a resident has earned it, which is the practical case for entering a program that runs more than one level.

The Graduate Fee Structure

No deposit. The first four weeks are $100 a week paid biweekly, and from week five residents pay twenty-five percent of income to a $125 weekly cap. Recovery Housing Program vouchers can cover the first forty-five days for new residents meeting federal low-income guidelines.
