What Level 2 Certification Establishes

Level 2 covers monitored recovery housing with structured expectations and clinical care from outside providers. The certification requires the residence to disclose fees and rules in writing before anyone moves in, keep a written relapse and discharge policy, and accept complaints through a route that does not run through the house. In rural counties where a prospective resident cannot easily visit first, a certification record is the only verifiable thing on offer.

Cost and Voucher Eligibility

The fee is $100 a week. New residents meeting federal low-income guidelines can cover their first forty-five days with a Recovery Housing Program voucher, applied for after admission.
