How Grateful Hearts Is Staffed

A live-in house manager and an in-house peer support specialist support residents at Grateful Hearts. Timberline Recovery Homes puts both roles inside each of its houses so that residents have help with immediate problems and with longer-range recovery goals from people who are actually in the building.

Recovery Expectations at Grateful Hearts

Every woman at Grateful Hearts attends an intensive outpatient program, secures employment or volunteers, and takes part in twelve-step meetings or another pathway that supports her recovery. Timberline Recovery Homes brings women from the surrounding community into its houses to speak about recovery, and organizes shared meals and group activities so residents form connections with each other.

Grateful Hearts and Its Sister Homes
