Level 2 Certification After Level 4

Level 2 describes monitored recovery housing with structured expectations and clinical care delivered by outside providers, a deliberate reduction from the staffed programming of Level 4. An operator holding both designations can lower a resident's level of oversight at the point he is ready for it, without asking him to find a new organization or leave the city.

The charge is $425 a month. It sits above the operator's high-support program, which reflects the difference in who lives at each: men here are further along and usually working.
