A Small Men's Sober House in Ross County

Six beds makes Western one of the smallest certified residences Another Chance Lifechangers operates in Chillicothe, restricted to men only. A house this size runs on direct familiarity: everyone living there knows the others by name within days, and that closeness is what peer accountability rests on in a small household.

The Managed Level in Ohio Recovery Housing

Western carries Managed-level certification, meaning peer-run housing with added staff oversight, distinct from the Supervised and Peer-Run levels held by some of the operator's other Chillicothe houses. Certification itself requires a published code of ethics, fees and rules disclosed before move-in, and a written relapse and discharge policy answerable outside the house.
