Harbor House Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Harbor House is a men's sober living home in Columbus, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing at the Supervised level and serving Franklin County.

A Large-Scale Sober Living Home on Columbus's East Side

Sixty beds makes Harbor House one of the larger certified men's residences in the state, closer in scale to a structured facility than a household. A wheelchair-accessible building supports residents who need it, which is not guaranteed at every recovery residence this size.

Supervised-Level Certification and What It Means for This Sober House

The Supervised level sits above Managed on Ohio's own ladder, with a higher degree of on-site staffing and structure than a peer-run house while still relying on outside providers for clinical treatment. Certification requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, a written discharge policy, and a complaint process outside the house.

Recovery Housing on Columbus's East Side

The property sits on the city's east side near the Rickenbacker and Brice Road corridor, within reach of Interstate 70 for residents commuting to work or court obligations elsewhere in Franklin County.
