A Twelve-Bed, Wheelchair-Accessible Sober House in Napoleon

Twelve beds is a substantial household for a small county seat, and the accessibility certification means the building can accommodate a resident who uses a wheelchair. The Managed level adds structured staff oversight to the peer relationships residents build living together.

What Managed Certification Establishes at This Recovery Residence

Certification through Ohio Recovery Housing requires a written code of ethics, disclosed fees and house rules before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process outside the house. Clinical care for residents stays with outside providers, and the Managed designation describes the level of daily oversight the house provides.
