Five Men's Houses, Three Women's Houses

Pieces Peace's Traditional Housing Program splits its housing between five men's residences and three women's residences, coordinated from an office on Vine Street in Kansas City's 18th and Vine district. Lister House residents can transfer within that network if a different setting fits better.

Jackson County and the Kansas City Metro

Kansas City carries the bulk of Jackson County's treatment providers, transit and job market, while Independence holds the county seat. Lister House residents draw on services concentrated inside city limits.

Certification in Missouri Remains Optional

No Missouri statute requires certification through the Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers, and Lister House's absence from that voluntary list is not a red flag.
