ABOUT US Penny has empowered individuals to reach their fullest potential by serving youth and disenfranchised populations in the Kansas City metro area. She has served at Jackson Juvenile Court, and worked at several behavioral health clinics. Penny is a caring and compassionate counselor that specializes in co-dependency counseling, grief/loss issues, procovery and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
