About this Recovery House

Truman's House is a men's sober living home in Jackson, Tennessee, in Madison County, operated by Aspell Recovery Center.

The house sits on the Aspell Recovery Center campus in Jackson, giving residents proximity to the organization's broader continuum of care instead of a standalone address across town. Aspell describes serving roughly 120 people a day across residential treatment, intensive outpatient care, aftercare and housing, and Truman's House is one part of that housing layer.

Structure Within a Larger Treatment Campus

Being housed on the same campus as clinical services means a resident moving from residential treatment into sober living does not have to change providers or locations to do it. That continuity is one of the practical advantages of a house run by an organization that also runs treatment, not housing alone.

Recovery Housing in Madison County

Jackson is the seat of Madison County and the largest city in West Tennessee outside Memphis, with a concentration of medical and outpatient services that smaller surrounding towns lack. Truman's House puts residents inside that infrastructure directly.

Charlie's House is a second men's sober living home Aspell operates in Jackson, and the organization also runs campuses in Humboldt and Savannah, Tennessee. A resident who needs a different house within the same city has that option without leaving Aspell's care.
