Summit Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Summit is a men's sober living home in Kenton, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing at the Managed level and serving Hardin County.

Certified Men's Recovery Housing

Summit houses men only, with five beds, a scale meant to keep residents accountable to a household they actually know. Kenton's two Lighthouse homes are both sized this way, and both run under the same Managed-level expectations, published fees and written discharge policy.

What Managed Certification Requires of a Recovery Residence

The Managed level combines peer-managed housing with staff oversight and structured daily expectations, with clinical treatment coming from outside providers. Certification requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process outside the house, standards set by Ohio Recovery Housing.

One of Two Lighthouse Sober Houses in Kenton

Summit is one of two certified Lighthouse residences in Kenton, the seat of Hardin County, where the county courthouse and core services sit within a compact downtown reachable without a long trip.

The street address is not published, and placement runs through Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions. Ask what the fee covers, how bedrooms are assigned, and how a complaint reaches someone outside the house.
