Jordan Promise House Women's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Jordan Promise House is a women's sober living home in Cleveland, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing at the Peer-Run level and located in Cuyahoga County.

A Peer-Run Women's Recovery Residence in Cleveland

The house is one of five certified residences Jordan Community Residential Center runs in the Cleveland area, and its Peer-Run designation means residents lead the household day to day with lighter staff oversight than the operator's Managed and Supervised homes carry.

What Peer-Run Certification Still Requires of a Sober Home

Ohio Recovery Housing certification obligates a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and house rules, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process outside the house, regardless of level. The name reflects the house's purpose: a peer-supported path forward for women in recovery.

Cleveland Recovery Housing in Cuyahoga County

The house sits in Cleveland, the Cuyahoga County seat on Lake Erie, within reach of the city's hospitals, RTA transit and the wider services a large city provides.

Applying to This Peer-Run Sober Living Home

The street name is published but not a house number, and an application goes through the operator. Ask what the weekly fee is, how residents are supported under peer leadership, and how the discharge policy works.
