About this Recovery House

David House is a men's sober living home in Ironton, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing at the Managed level and serving Lawrence County. It houses ten residents.

A Managed Sober Living Home for Men

Managed certification sits between full staff supervision and resident self-management, and ten beds gives David House room for a real peer network while staff remain available. Every resident is a man, keeping meetings, chores and shared space single-gender.

What Managed-Level Certification Requires of a Recovery Residence

The house publishes a code of ethics, discloses fees and rules before move-in, keeps a written relapse and discharge policy, and answers to a complaint process run outside the house. Ohio Recovery Housing, the state's NARR affiliate, certifies the residence at this level.

A Men's Sober Home Among Nine Bethesda Houses
