Unit C Coed Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Unit C is one of twelve coed sober living homes Sunstone Life operates in Cincinnati, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing and serving Hamilton County.

Part of a Twelve-Home Recovery Housing Network in Cincinnati

Sunstone Life runs a dozen certified residences under one set of shared standards, and Unit C is one of them, housing five residents at the Managed level. Cincinnati Metro's bus network reaches across Hamilton County, and the Interstate 71 and 75 interchange near downtown keeps the wider region within reach without a car.

A Coed Sober Home That Accommodates Children

The house accepts residents with children living with them, an accommodation that sets it apart from most certified sober homes in the state. Five beds keeps the household small enough to manage alongside that accommodation.

What Managed Certification Establishes for This Recovery Residence

Ohio Recovery Housing certification commits the operator to a published code of ethics, fees and house rules disclosed in writing before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process independent of the house.

The street address is not published, and placement runs through the operator. Ask how a transfer to another Sunstone Life house would work if needed, what the weekly fee covers, and how a complaint is escalated.
