What Supervised Certification Requires of a Recovery Residence

Supervised-level certification means structured staff presence built into daily operations, while clinical and medical care stay with outside providers residents already see. Certification requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process independent of the house.
