Washington Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Washington is a men's sober living home in Chillicothe, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing and serving Ross County.

A Men's Sober Home Certified at the Supervised Level

Washington houses five men under Supervised-level certification, the middle tier of Ohio's three-level system. Certification requires a published code of ethics, fees and rules disclosed before move-in, and a written relapse and discharge policy answerable to a complaint process outside the house.

Ohio University Chillicothe and Recovery Housing Access

Chillicothe hosts a regional campus of Ohio University along with Hopewell Culture National Historical Park's headquarters, giving the small city a mix of higher education and federal presence unusual for its size. Both sit inside a compact downtown that residents can navigate without a car.

One of Another Chance Lifechangers' Seven Ross County Sober Houses

The operator runs seven certified houses in Chillicothe, and Washington is a smaller one among them. Concentrating that many houses in one city gives the operator room to move a resident between houses if a different size or level fits better.
