Healing BooBoos Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Healing BooBoos is a men's sober living home in Campbell, Ohio, in Mahoning County.

A Seven-Bed Accessible Men's Recovery Residence

The house serves men only and holds seven residents. It is wheelchair accessible, which narrows the field of certified housing available to a man who needs it. The home is certified at the Supervised level, meaning staff maintain a closer daily presence than a peer-run house while residents keep their own outside providers for clinical care.

What Supervised Certification Requires of a Sober House

Ohio Recovery Housing is the state's affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences, and since the start of 2026 its certification and the state registry have been one list. A certified house commits in writing to a code of ethics, discloses fees and house rules before move-in, keeps a written relapse and discharge policy, and answers to a complaint process outside the house.

Campbell and Mahoning County Recovery Housing

Campbell is a small city in Mahoning County, bordering Youngstown to its west along the Mahoning River. Its size means residents typically rely on Youngstown for hospitals, courts and larger employers, all a short distance away.
