Mountain View Restoration Women's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Mountain View Restoration is a sober living home for women in Mountain View, Missouri, in Howell County. It is operated by SEMO Christian Restoration Center and holds certification with the Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers.

A Women's Sober House in Mountain View

Mountain View Restoration serves women in recovery in a small south-central Missouri town well outside SEMO Christian Restoration Center's home base near Poplar Bluff, which shows the organization has built out a second community beyond its original county.

What MCRSP Certification Establishes in Missouri

Missouri does not require certification of a sober home, and SEMO Christian Restoration Center carries it here through the Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers anyway. That means a published code of ethics, disclosed rules and fees, and outside review of any complaint.

Part of a Two-Location Christian Restoration Program

The organization's other listed residence, Circle of Success, sits in Poplar Bluff, roughly seventy miles east. Two locations under one program give a resident options if a transfer or a different setting becomes necessary.

Recovery Housing in Howell County

Mountain View sits in Howell County, whose seat, West Plains, is the larger service hub for south-central Missouri. A certified women's house in the smaller town of Mountain View still gives residents access to that broader county network without living in the county seat itself.
