A Men's Sober House on Terrence Avenue

This East Falmouth sober house serves men in recovery on the Upper Cape, where a certified address is one of the clearer ways to separate a structured recovery residence from an unregulated rooming situation.

What MASH Level II Certification Establishes

Terrence House holds certification through the Massachusetts Alliance for Sober Housing, which commits Foundations to a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and house rules before move-in, and a written relapse and discharge policy open to outside complaint review at this address.

East Falmouth and Barnstable County

East Falmouth is a village within the town of Falmouth, on the Upper Cape in Barnstable County. The area's economy leans heavily on summer tourism, which makes stable, certified housing for year-round residents in recovery harder to come by than the region's population numbers suggest.

A Second Foundations Home Nearby

Foundations also runs a men's sober house on West Falmouth Highway in Falmouth. Both addresses operate under the same operator, which keeps fees and house rules consistent across the two Upper Cape homes.
