House of Deborah is the second residence Project Encompass operates in Howard County, alongside its original house, House of Rahab. Both serve women transitioning out of incarceration, addiction, or homelessness under a program that allows up to eighteen months of housing.

The house follows the same twelve-step, Christian-based model as its sibling residence, layering mentoring, vocational development, job readiness training, and life skills instruction on top of housing. Many residents arrive working toward reunification with children they do not currently have custody of.
