A Voluntary Certification Standard in Florida

The Florida Association of Recovery Residences is Florida's only DCF-approved certifying body for recovery residences, and state law leaves certification voluntary. A certified residence commits to a published code of ethics, written fee and rule disclosure, and outside complaint review, all things a prospective resident can verify directly with an operator.
