-Providing transitional employment opportunities for clients as part of the recovery process that includes financially participating by the client in assisting with housing, food, recovery literature, transportation, and staff expenses.
-Providing services that do not discriminate based on race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, or marital status of its clients.
-Ensuring all information associated to the Open Door residences program is protected and properly handled by all Open Door staff and volunteers.
