A Men's Sober House Near SunBird Golf Course

Legion House is a 2,200-square-foot residence near SunBird Golf Course, with an Anytime Fitness and a run of retail within easy reach. A game room with a ping-pong table and updated bathrooms round out a house built for a fuller resident count than a typical rental.

Routine Testing and On-Site Management

Gambit Recovery keeps a house manager on site at Legion House and runs routine drug and alcohol testing rather than testing on suspicion alone. The suggested stay is 90 days, though the operator adjusts that based on a resident's own readiness rather than holding everyone to a fixed exit date.

One of Several Gambit Recovery Men's Houses

Legion House sits alongside Summers House and Nova House in Chandler, Sentry House and Banner House elsewhere in the city, and Bishop House in neighboring Gilbert, all under Gambit Recovery. A resident who needs a different house within the network stays inside the same company and the same corner of the Valley.

Recovery Meetings and Fees at Legion House

Multiple 12-step meetings run within a few minutes of the property. Gambit Recovery prices its Arizona houses at $225 a week, the rate the operator publishes across its Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa locations.
