Sharon House Women's Sober House

About this Sober House

Sharon House is a women's sober living home in Phoenix, Arizona, in Maricopa County, operated by AZ Fearless Recovery and certified at Level 2 by the Arizona Recovery Housing Association.

A Women's Sober House in North Phoenix

Sharon House serves women only, in the north Phoenix area, and it is licensed as a sober living home by the Arizona Department of Health Services in addition to its AzRHA certification. Founded by three women with a combined 41 years of sobriety between them, AZ Fearless Recovery built the house on a for-women, by-women model.

Two Credentials Behind the House

Sharon House holds both a license from the Arizona Department of Health Services and Level 2 certification from AzRHA. The license is the state's separate regulatory requirement for sober living homes; the certification is the voluntary NARR credential covering ethics, disclosed fees and outside complaint review.

Recovery Housing in Maricopa County

North Phoenix sits inside Maricopa County's outpatient and transit network, giving women at Sharon House access to the wider metro's recovery resources without leaving a smaller, quieter part of the city.

A For-Women, By-Women Model

The founders' own recovery history shapes the house's day-to-day approach, and residents work with a team that built the program from firsthand experience rather than a purely administrative one.
