About Phil Malonson

The 12 Step Education Program of New England is a sober living community dedicated to supporting men and women in the early stages of recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction. Their mission is to provide a safe, structured, and supervised environment where individuals can learn to maintain sobriety and navigate the challenges of daily life without substance use. The program emphasizes more than just abstinence; it focuses on equipping residents with the tools and skills necessary to thrive in a sober lifestyle. On-site Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings are held eight times a week, fostering a supportive community and reinforcing recovery principles. Additionally, the program offers family consultation and coaching through affiliate partners, recognizing the importance of involving loved ones in the recovery process. A dedicated support staff ensures a low staff-to-client ratio, providing personalized care and guidance to each resident.

The 12 Step Education Program operates two primary locations in Massachusetts:

- **Billerica House:** Located at 317 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01862.

- **Woburn House:** Situated at 171 Cambridge Road, Woburn, MA 01801.

Both residences are designed to offer comfortable accommodations and are strategically located to provide easy access to local resources and support networks. For more information or to schedule an appointment, interested individuals can contact the Billerica house at 978-670-2429 or the Woburn house at 781-932-8711.
