ODAT Recovery Communities
About ODAT Recovery Communities
ODAT Recovery Communities is a sober living operator based in Everett, Washington, running eleven certified recovery residences across Snohomish County under One Day At A Time Services, an organization founded by Travis Gannon to support people rebuilding after substance use, incarceration, or homelessness.
An Everett-Based Recovery Housing Provider
ODAT Recovery Communities keeps its main office at 2720 Rucker Ave in Everett, where One Day At A Time Services also runs employment placement and peer navigator programs. Housing is one piece of a larger organization built to move people from crisis to stability, which means a resident applying for a room can be connected to job support and peer coaching through the same intake.
Eleven Sober Homes Across Snohomish County
ODAT Recovery Communities runs recovery housing across four Snohomish County cities:
- Four houses on Daniel's Place, in Marysville, for men.
- Zane's House, in Marysville, for men.
- Chris's House and Chris's House 2, in Everett, for men.
- Donna's House, in Everett, for women.
- Two units in Edmonds, for men.
- Turk House, in Tulalip Bay, for men.
That footprint gives ODAT a presence across the western side of the county, all reachable from its Everett office.
Serving Men and Women Separately
ODAT keeps its houses single-gender at the property level. Ten of the eleven certified homes serve men, and Donna's House in Everett serves women, so each house's rules, meetings and shared space are written for one population instead of split.
Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences Certification Across the Portfolio
All eleven ODAT residences carry Level 2 certification from Washington's NARR affiliate, a status the operator is not required to hold and chose to pursue for every house it runs. Certification requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, a written relapse and discharge policy, and outside complaint review, applied consistently across the whole portfolio, not to a single flagship address.
Housing Paired With Employment and Peer Support
What separates ODAT from a housing-only operator is the rest of One Day At A Time Services: employment services and certified peer navigators working alongside the housing team. A resident moving into any ODAT house is a candidate for that support without a separate referral process.
Reaching ODAT Recovery Communities
Applications for any ODAT house go through the organization directly at its Everett office. The relevant questions at this level are about the network, not a single address: which house currently has an opening, whether a Department of Corrections or treatment-facility referral applies, and how the certified relapse and discharge policy is documented before move-in.
