Unit B is the second of four Daniel's Place households ODAT runs on the same Marysville property, each certified and staffed as its own residence instead of one large facility. That structure keeps the men in this house accountable to a small, consistent group of housemates while still giving ODAT the scale to house more people than a single home could.

Level 2 certification requires ODAT to publish a code of ethics, disclose fees and rules in writing before a resident signs on, keep a written relapse and discharge policy, and accept complaints from outside the house. None of that is required by Washington law. It is the standard ODAT chose to meet for every certified residence it operates, including this one.
