About Next Chance

Next Chance LLC is a MASH-certified sober living organization based in Massachusetts, offering structured recovery homes for women overcoming substance use disorders. Founded by Lana Atamian, a woman in long-term recovery, Next Chance LLC provides a supportive environment that emphasizes sustainable life skills through basic farming practices, caring for livestock, and environmental education. ​

• Lana Atamian: Owner and Director of Next Chance LLC. With a master's degree in Public Health from UMass Amherst, Lana has extensive experience working with women struggling with substance use disorders. She opened her first recovery home, Alderberry House, in 2017 and has since expanded to multiple locations. Lana is also a mother of two, a homesteader, and an advocate for complementary health and wellness methods to support addiction recovery. ​
