The residential program combines group and individual therapy, twelve-step programming, smoking cessation support, parenting education, and job training, all built around keeping mothers and their children together during treatment. Abi's Place shifts that focus toward employment, child care, and continued recovery support as women prepare to live independently.

NHPRR Certification at Abi's Place

Abi's Place is certified through the New Hampshire Partnership for Recovery Residences, the sole agency New Hampshire designates under RSA 172-B:2 VII to certify recovery residences, which commits the house to a published code of ethics, written disclosure of fees and rules, and an outside complaint process. Certification is voluntary in New Hampshire, and Hope on Haven Hill's original residential program is not separately listed on the NHPRR directory. That is normal for a program this specialized, not a sign of a problem.
