About Foundations, Inc.
Foundations Incorporated is a Colorado sober living operator based in Denver, running fifteen certified recovery residences across Denver, Aurora, Arvada, Fort Collins, Loveland, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Alongside housing, the organization provides partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming and recovery coaching, giving it a footprint that extends beyond a single sober house or city.
A Statewide Recovery Housing Provider
Foundations Incorporated separates its housing from its clinical services: the houses supply structure, peer accountability and a stable address, while partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient care and recovery coaching are delivered through the organization's own clinical programs for residents who want them. A resident can use the housing alone and keep an outside provider, or draw on both under one organization.
Fifteen Sober Homes Across Seven Colorado Cities
Foundations Incorporated's residences include Dahlia House, Josephine House and Rainbow House in Denver; Galena House, Oakland House, Olathe House and Richfield House in Aurora; Lions House, Norman House, Pitkin House and Sundance House in Pueblo; Kingsborough House in Fort Collins; Lamar House in Arvada; Douglas House in Loveland; and Pilgrimage House in Colorado Springs.
Men's and Women's Sober Houses, Split by Address
Every Foundations Incorporated residence serves one gender. Men and women are never housed together, and each house runs its own rules, meetings and shared space for a single population. That split runs across the whole network, from Denver to Pueblo, as a consistent, organization-wide policy.
Certified Under Colorado's State-Recognized System
All fifteen residences are certified through Colorado's recovery residence certification framework, administered by Ohio Recovery Housing on behalf of the state's Behavioral Health Administration. Certification requires published house rules and fees, a written relapse and discharge policy, and openness to outside complaint review at every address. Colorado does not issue certification levels for individual residences, so the certification itself, applied consistently across the network, is the record to check.
Medication-Assisted Treatment Supported Network-Wide
Foundations Incorporated accepts residents using medication-assisted treatment across all of its houses. That is a network-wide policy, applied the same way at every address, which matters for a resident stabilized on a prescribed medication.
A Recovery Housing Operator Serving Seven Colorado Cities
The organization's monthly program fee runs from roughly $650 to $850 or more, depending on the house, its amenities and the level of support attached to it. Applications go directly through Foundations Incorporated, which is also the point of contact for questions about a specific house's rules, capacity or availability before a resident applies.
