Aspire Sober Living is a sober living operator running four recovery residences in Saint Paul, Minnesota, all in Ramsey County. Four Recovery Homes in Saint Paul

Aspire Sober Living operates four houses in Saint Paul:

• Litchfield House, on Litchfield Street West.
• The Blair House, on Blair Avenue.
• A house on Dayton Avenue.
• A house on Hague Avenue.

All four sit inside Saint Paul, which keeps the operator's entire portfolio within one city's transit, courts and outpatient provider network, so a transfer between houses does not mean learning a new part of the metro.

MASH Certification Across the Portfolio

Aspire Sober Living states that its houses are certified through the Minnesota Association of Sober Homes and subject to regular inspection. The Minnesota Association of Sober Homes runs the state's only recovery-residence credential, which is voluntary under state law and commits an operator to a written code of ethics and disclosed rules and fees. Aspire states on its own site that it is approved by the association and inspected against its standards; the association's published roster does not currently list the operator, so a resident who wants that assurance should ask Aspire to confirm its standing.

Renovated Homes Across the Ramsey County Portfolio

Aspire describes each of its four properties as newly renovated, ranging from six to eight bedrooms with two to three bathrooms. That consistency across the portfolio means a resident moving between Aspire houses knows roughly what to expect from the physical space, even before knowing the specific address.
