Access and Care Recovery LLC is a nonprofit sober living operator in Rhode Island founded by Ann Claude, a registered nurse with a background in Addiction Medicine, Psychiatry, and Public Health. Ann founded the organization after witnessing firsthand the critical need for safe, structured housing for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. The organization operates with a mission to restore dignity and stability through housing, routine, and community support.

Access and Care Recovery currently operates two sober homes—one gender-neutral and one for men only—supporting up to 26 individuals. Their focus is on empowering residents through holistic recovery plans that support emotional, physical, and spiritual growth.
