This is the operator's second house on the same avenue, a block from the first. Eleven beds gives it much the same character as its sibling: large enough to hold a peer community, small enough that the household knows itself. Running two comparable houses a block apart means the operator can move a man who is not fitting one household into the other without changing anything else about his life.

Level 2 Certification and What It Obliges

Level 2 covers monitored recovery housing with structured expectations and clinical care from outside providers. Certification requires written fee and rule disclosure before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, adherence to a published code of ethics, and an external complaint process. Since 2024, West Virginia has required all recovery residences to register with the state and tied referrals and public funds to certification.
