Living Clean and Inspired was started by someone who had watched men in Thurston County leave treatment, jail or homelessness with nowhere structured to go, and the Living Clean house carries that origin directly in its name. It is a men-only household organized around the same substance-free, structured model the operator runs at every address.

Four Pillars, One House

Every Living Clean and Inspired home runs on four commitments: goal-setting in education, employment and independence; peer-supported community living; mindfulness practice; and a personal mission statement for each resident. At Living Clean, those four show up in daily house structure, not as slogans on a wall.

Voluntary Certification, Chosen Anyway

Certification through the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences is not required in this state. Living Clean holds Level 2 status regardless, which means a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules before move-in, and a complaint process that reaches outside the house.
