Structured Housing for Men in Everett

Hannah House serves men only, and it is one of two men's houses Vision Hope Center runs in the city alongside Jeremiah House. Everett's location on the I-5 corridor and its Community Transit and Everett Transit routes give residents a practical path to work and appointments without depending on a car, which matters most in the early months after leaving treatment or incarceration.

Level 2 Certification and What It Covers

Washington's certification through WAQRR is voluntary, so a house carrying it has chosen a higher bar than the law requires. That bar includes a published code of ethics, fees and house rules disclosed in writing before move-in, and a complaint process handled outside the house. Level 2 describes peer-managed housing with structure and mutual accountability, without clinical staff living on site, and that is the model Hannah House runs.

Five Homes Under One Faith-Based Organization

Vision Hope Center runs Hannah House alongside Ruth House, Zachaeus House, Jeremiah House and Silverlake House, all in Everett. The organization's model combines housing with discipleship and church connection for people rebuilding a life after incarceration, treatment or homelessness, and having several houses in one city gives a resident room to change course without leaving the program.

Everett as a Recovery Housing Hub

As the seat of Snohomish County, Everett holds the county courthouse, Providence Regional Medical Center Everett and most of the county's outpatient behavioral health providers inside its own city limits. A man living at Hannah House can reach all three without a regional commute, which is not true of the smaller towns around it.
