Chris's House Men's Recovery Home

About this Recovery Home

Chris's House is a men's sober living home on Glenwood Avenue in Everett, Washington, in Snohomish County. It is a certified recovery residence operated by Hand Up Housing.

A Men's Sober House on Glenwood Avenue

Glenwood Avenue runs through a residential section of Everett, and Chris's House keeps a single-gender population, so house rules and shared space serve one group of men. Everett's bus network reaches the corridors most residents need for work and appointments without a car.

What Certification Requires of This Recovery Residence

Certification commits Chris's House to a published code of ethics, written disclosure of fees and house rules before move-in, and an outside complaint process that does not stop at the house's own management. That record is what separates a certified sober house from an ordinary rental.

Everett and Snohomish County Resources

As the county seat, Everett concentrates Snohomish County's outpatient treatment, courts, and community college programs in one place, and Chris's House sits inside that footprint, not on its outskirts.

Hand Up Housing's Network in Everett

Chris's House is one of four Hand Up Housing properties in Everett, alongside a fifth in nearby Marysville. Residents needing a different set of housemates can be considered for one of the operator's other Everett homes.
