ABSOLUTE Ministries Men's Campus House #2 Men's Recovery Home

About this Recovery Home

ABSOLUTE Ministries Men's Campus House #2 is a men's sober living home in Bonney Lake, Washington, in Pierce County. It is one of several numbered men's houses that make up ABSOLUTE Ministries' residential campus in the Lake Tapps area, and it is certified through Washington's recovery-residence affiliate.

A Men's Sober House in the Bonney Lake Campus

Campus House #2 serves men in recovery as part of a cluster of ABSOLUTE Ministries residences spread across Bonney Lake and neighboring Lake Tapps. Grouping several houses close together lets the ministry run one set of expectations, one staff rotation and one weekly rhythm across men who may eventually move between houses as their needs change.

ABSOLUTE Ministries' Faith-Based Recovery Housing

ABSOLUTE Ministries has operated recovery housing since 2009 on a model built around accountability, character and transparency, framed by a Christian faith practice. Residents are expected to attend a local church, work through a personal development workbook and hold a job or steady volunteer commitment. That structure is the same across every ABSOLUTE Ministries house, and Campus House #2 runs inside it.

What Washington Sober Living Certification Establishes

This residence is certified by the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences, the state's NARR affiliate. Certification is voluntary in Washington, so an operator choosing to hold it has agreed to outside standards it did not have to accept: a published code of ethics, written disclosure of house rules before move-in, and a complaint process that runs outside the house itself.

Recovery Housing in Pierce County

Bonney Lake sits east of Tacoma in Pierce County, close enough to the Lake Tapps corridor that residents moving between ABSOLUTE Ministries houses stay inside the same small service area. Employment, church connections and the outpatient providers the ministry partners with are all reachable without leaving that stretch of the county, which matters for a resident building a routine around a job and a Sunday commitment.
