The Lord Fairfax House offers services to chemically dependent adults. There is an interview and assessment process prior to acceptance. Those accepted into the program will complete a service plan that describes the recovery program expectations and participant responsibilities.  Participants must be chemical free and detoxed at the time of admission. Alcohol and other mind-altering drugs are forbidden in the house or on the grounds. Our program includes introduction to the recovery community (12-Step meetings, sponsorship and peer relations), individual and group mentoring sessions, case management, job readiness, life skills, aftercare planning, referral services and more.
