This South Ogden sober house holds 30 beds, including 8 reserved for women, making it a coed recovery residence built to house a substantial number of people at once. Jensen developed UTurn Recovery Housing to fill what Weber Human Services had identified as a long-standing gap in structured sober living for the Ogden area, and the Burch Creek property was the operator's first response to that need.

South Ogden is a Weber County city immediately south of Ogden proper, and it shares the same job market, outpatient providers and transit lines that serve the larger city. A resident at Burch Creek is close enough to Ogden's services to use them daily while living in a smaller, more residential community.

Burch Creek is the larger of UTurn Recovery Housing's two Weber County properties. The operator also runs a second site on Lincoln Avenue in Ogden, split into a family support building and a men's and women's residence, giving Jensen's organization roughly 60 total beds across the county.
