A man arriving at Anna's Grace starts in New Day's PHP phase: a sponsor within seven days, full clinical programming and a 9 p.m. weekday curfew with no overnight passes. He advances to IOP once he is working or in school at least 25 hours a week, and finishes in Alumni status, mentoring newer residents while curfews and pass allowances loosen toward independent living.
