Holistic House II is a men's sober living home on West Strawberry Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the second of three houses in the Holistic House network.

Holistic House II runs the same three-stage program as its sister houses: thirty days of foundation and structure, thirty to sixty days of stability with more independence, and an ongoing phase built around self-sufficiency. Randomized drug testing, weekly house meetings and an employment expectation apply the same way here as at the operator's other men's house.

A DDAP-Licensed Recovery House

Holistic House II is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs as a recovery house under Act 59 of 2017, the same license the operator carries on both of its other Lancaster properties.

West Strawberry Street in Downtown Lancaster

West Strawberry Street sits in Lancaster's historic downtown grid, close to the city's central market and courts. Lancaster's dense downtown layout means most services a resident needs during early recovery, from a pharmacy to a bus stop, are within walking distance.

Structure and Growth Addicts Anonymous

Beyond the three-stage program, Holistic House uses an internal habit-tracking system called Growth Addicts Anonymous across its houses, along with in-house gym access. Rooms hold up to two residents, and a single-room option is available for a higher weekly rate.

What Holistic House II Costs

The operator publishes a one-time $225 onboarding fee, $190 a week for a double room, and $225 a week for a single, all inclusive of utilities, internet and laundry.
