A Men's Sober House in Rural Paulding County

Six residents share the house, small enough that staff and residents know each other well within the first weeks. The Managed level pairs peer-led daily structure with staff oversight, and clinical treatment stays with outside providers.

What Managed Certification Requires of a Recovery Residence

Ohio Recovery Housing certification requires a written code of ethics, disclosed fees and house rules before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process outside the house. Since the start of 2026, that certification and the state's recovery-housing registry have been one list, checkable through Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Paulding County Recovery Housing

Paulding is the seat of Paulding County, a rural stretch of northwest Ohio near the Indiana line where agriculture shapes the local economy and the county hospital anchors most medical care. A certified sober house here fills a gap that larger cities take for granted.
