About this Recovery House

Moving Forward Residential operates a men's sober living home in Lucasville, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing and serving Scioto County. The house is certified at the Managed level and houses five residents.

A Five-Bed Men's Recovery Residence in Lucasville

This house matches the West Portsmouth home in size, at five residents, while the operator's McDermott house runs considerably larger. Serving men exclusively, the household keeps its rules and daily structure consistent with the operator's other Scioto County houses.

What Ohio Recovery Housing Certification Requires Here

Certification obliges a published code of ethics, fees and house rules disclosed before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process independent of the house. Details for every certified Ohio residence are searchable through Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Applying to This Lucasville Sober House

The street is not published, and intake runs through the operator. Ask what the weekly fee covers, how the five beds are assigned, and how the written relapse and discharge policy is applied.
