Town Building I Women's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Town Building I is a women's sober living home in Columbus, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing and serving Franklin County. It is certified at the Managed level and holds forty-five beds.

A Large Managed-Level Sober House for Women

Forty-five beds puts Town Building I among the largest certified women's residences in the state, and the Managed level pairs resident leadership with substantial staff oversight at that scale.

What Certification Requires of a Recovery Residence Regardless of Size

A written code of ethics, disclosed fees and house rules, and a documented relapse and discharge policy apply the same way here as at any smaller certified recovery home. A complaint still travels to a process the house does not run itself.

Recovery Housing Serving Franklin County

Columbus anchors Franklin County as both its seat and Ohio's capital, and a facility this size draws residents from across the county and beyond, supported by OhioHealth, Franklin County's courts and COTA's transit network.

Alvis Inc.'s Two Town Building Sober Homes

Town Building I stands alongside a second Alvis Inc. residence, Town Building II, both large certified sober homes within the operator's eight-home Columbus network.
