The Matthew Mekhi Home Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

The Matthew Mekhi Home is a men's sober living home in Columbus, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing and serving Franklin County. It is certified at the Managed level and holds two beds.

A Two-Bed Men's Sober House

Two beds makes this one of the smaller certified residences in Columbus, and it serves men exclusively. At that scale, the household depends on the two residents knowing each other well, with fewer formal house rules needed to keep order.

Managed-Level Recovery Housing Certification

The Managed level pairs peer structure with staff oversight of the house, while clinical and medical care continue with outside providers. Certification requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, and a written relapse and discharge policy.

Columbus as a Regional Center for Recovery Housing

As Ohio's capital and the seat of Franklin County, Columbus holds courts, major hospitals and Ohio State University's medical campus within the city, along with the COTA bus network connecting most neighborhoods.

MKS Solutions' Sober Homes Across Columbus

The Matthew Mekhi Home is one of seven MKS Solutions residences in Columbus, with an eighth in Canal Winchester. Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services lists all eight on the state's certified registry.
