Erickson Women's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Erickson is a women's sober house in Columbus, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing at the Managed level and serving Franklin County.

Certified Women's Recovery Housing

Erickson houses women exclusively, and five beds keeps the group small enough that residents build real familiarity with each other instead of passing through as strangers. That scale is part of what makes peer accountability workable.

The Managed Level, Explained for This Sober Living Home

Ohio Recovery Housing certifies Erickson at the Managed level: peer-managed housing with staff oversight and structured expectations, with clinical care delivered elsewhere by outside providers. Certification also requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, a written relapse and discharge policy, and an outside complaint process. Ohio Recovery Housing is Ohio's state NARR affiliate.

Franklin County Recovery Home

Erickson's ZIP, 43213, sits on Columbus's east side near the Franklin County line with Whitehall and Reynoldsburg. The area is served by COTA bus routes, and Franklin County's courts and major hospitals are all within reach without leaving the county.

Applying to This Columbus Recovery Residence

The street address is not published, and placement runs through the operator. Ask how the fee is structured, what the relapse and discharge policy covers, and how a resident escalates a complaint outside the house.
