The organization opened Jean Marie House as its first dedicated residence for women after twenty-five years of running men's sober living, which makes it the newest piece of the center's network rather than an afterthought. Its capacity for forty-five women is close to the center's men's houses, a sign the organization built it to the same scale rather than as a smaller pilot.

The Ed Keating Center's Network for Women

Jean Marie House is currently the only women's residence in the Ed Keating Center's network, alongside two men's houses at Brookpark Road and East 93rd. A resident here is working with an organization whose systems, including intake and referral relationships, were built first for men and are now extending to women.
