Hannah House Ministries is a women's sober living home in Billings, Montana, in Yellowstone County, on South 29th Street. It is operated by Community Leadership and Development as a faith-based recovery campus for women exiting incarceration or treatment.

A Recovery Campus for Women and Their Children

Hannah House is built as a campus of homes, not a single house, so that women recovering from addiction can bring their children with them while they rebuild. A recent expansion added two more homes to the campus, increasing total capacity for women and their children.

A Nine-Month Minimum Commitment

Residents commit to a minimum nine-month stay, with the option to move into transitional housing on campus for twelve to eighteen months once they have stabilized further. Mandatory drug and alcohol testing runs throughout, alongside court-ordered requirements many residents arrive already carrying.

A Six-Phase, Case-Managed Program

The program moves residents through six phases built around intensive case management: securing employment, accessing community resources, learning life skills, building healthy relationships, healing from trauma, and working toward reunification with children where courts and child welfare agencies approve it.

Recovery Housing in Billings and Yellowstone County

Billings is the largest city in Montana and the seat of Yellowstone County, and Hannah House's South Side location keeps residents close to downtown services and partner agencies, including Riverstone Health and local drug courts, that refer many of the women who apply.
