Wesley House shares house rules and admissions with Healing House's other men's homes, Ruth's House and McNeely House, so a resident who needs a different set of housemates can raise it with an operator that already knows him. The specific street is not published; Healing House places accepted applicants directly.

The Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers certifies Wesley House against a published code of ethics, written fee and rule disclosure, and a relapse and discharge policy, with complaints reviewed outside the house itself. That record separates a certified sober house from a landlord renting rooms with no outside accountability.

Healing House pairs its housing with CARF-accredited outpatient treatment and a recovery community center in Kansas City, so a man at Wesley House is not choosing between a place to live and a place to get care. Admission runs through Healing House directly. A prospective resident should ask what the weekly fee includes, whether a manager lives on site, and how a transfer to one of the operator's other men's houses would work if the fit is wrong.
