Angel's Landing Women's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Angel's Landing is a women's sober living home in Cuba, Missouri, in Crawford County, a second Mission Gate Ministry residence built on the Hannah's Ranch property.

A Women's Sober House Built for the Property

Angel's Landing is a newer, purpose-built home on the same ranch as Hannah's Ranch, giving Mission Gate Ministry two separate women's houses on one piece of land. Splitting the property into two residences lets the ministry keep house size manageable while still using the full acreage for the ranch's outdoor programming.

Faith-Based, Long-Term Recovery

Women at Angel's Landing follow the same Christian residential model as every Mission Gate Ministry house, applying directly to the ministry and progressing through a phased program with no fixed length of stay.

Rural Recovery Housing in Crawford County

Cuba sits in Crawford County along the Meramec River, with Steelville as the county seat. A rural placement here suits a woman whose recovery is better served away from an urban setting, with the ranch's land and lake built into the daily routine.

Missouri Sober Living Certification

Certification through the Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers is voluntary in Missouri, so a home's absence from the certified list is not a negative finding. Angel's Landing operates under Mission Gate Ministry, a certified-eligible, multi-county operator.

Sharing the Ranch With Hannah's Ranch

Angel's Landing and Hannah's Ranch sit on the same property under one operator, which means a resident who moves between the two stays with the same staff, the same rules and the same land.
